Dear Friends, my apologies, my web site is currently being redesigned.
This year, I will be having my classes at Viva Body (1544 Sawdust Rd. Suite 607. The Woodlands, TX 77380), Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 am, and Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. starting on January 8th. For more information on all Zumba Fitness® classes or any other fitness classes at Viva Body, contact them directly or visit their website at www.viva-body.com
